Abstract

The commercial advertising has become a marketing tool to satisfy the consumer because it provides information on the best types of goods, services, prices and how to obtain them. It is also a necessity for economic institutions to market their products. Especially to the emergence of marketing science in its modern concept, which is based on the needs of consumers and to know their desires. The legal protection of preventive consumers in the field of commercial advertising, must adopt with the legal rules concerning the commercial message, in addition to the respect of the general principles which aim at the protection of the weak party, which is the consumer, and to adjust this one for adapt it to legal and regulatory texts. The legislator has created an independent administrative called the Audiovisual Regulatory Authority by Law 14-04 on the Audiovisual Activity, which has the power to control the object and content of the Commercial advertising to protect the consumer against false or misleading commercial statements.
