Legal Security and Foreign Investment in Algeria

Abstract

Foreign investment is considered as one of the most important international economic activities adopted for a better local development of the resort country and to enable the expansion of foreign markets for foreign investors. To benefit these investments; Algeria is trying to be a polar magnet for direct foreign investment, using various policies such as: adopting appropriate legislative and economic reforms aiming at pushing development ahead despite the obstacles preventing their magnetism. All of that has been established in order to implant of reassurance to investors-legal security.
