Abstract

The verdict of the judicial and administrative decisions requires implementation and execution since it is the responsibility of the public administration, similar to members of the society, which implies the execution of judicial decisions. However, this act may be subject to failure, which leads civil and administrative law to punish any administration that disobey decisions execution through the imposition of threatening fines.
