Abstract

In line with developments in the field of international trade relations, and following Algeria's shift towards a liberal market economy in response to economic globalization, it opted for international arbitration as the primary means of resolving disputes arising from investments, from Decree 93/12 until the enactment of Law 08/09 of the Civil and Administrative Code.
