Legal Guarantees for the Impartiality of the Media Regulatory Authority in Algeria

This article is to discuss an important aspect of the developments Algerian legislation in the field of media, specifically with regard to the exercise information process tuning in sectors and the written and audiovisual; especially since Algeria's previous experience is successful in this area through the Higher Media Council developed by the Media Law 90-07 of on 3 April 1990, and it decided to be resolved later in unclear circumstances and for reasons that are not understood. In this context, our article aims to highlight the most important guarantees of the authority of the media seized in Algeria neutrality, and protected forms of influence that afflicts them, even the credibility of its members and its decisions and actions are not subject to question; and that by answering the main legal wrangle follows: What guarantees ensured by the Algerian legislature neutralize the authority set the media activity written and audiovisual all practices that would prejudice the neutrality of this power and questioning the independence of the functional and organic?
