Expiration of Brand Rights
Keywords:
Expiration, Right, BrandAbstract
Brands play an important role in economic life, in terms of promoting the goods and services provided by a merchant or service provider. They influence customers towards specific products once they have gained recognition through the brand. However, this right does not last from the original trademark. Under certain legal circumstances, a successor can revoke the trademark rights, and this can be due to several factors, including Algerian legislation, some of which are related to the wishes of the trademark owner and some of which are beyond their control.
