Abstract

To get to the truth in the framework of the judicial system, the penal judge seeks to follow the ways to search for it. This is done through stages and in certain circumstances, and taking into account the specific ways in which to submit to the principle of penal procedural legitimacy and objectivity. But the vision of a modern legislature through the penal ordinance has become a mechanism designed to shorten those stages and simplify procedures of decisions and the speed of deciding, without prejudice to the requirements of a swift and prompt justice, of course, all this must be in the light of a fair trial.
