Artificial insemination in Algerian family law

Abstract

This study examines the position of Algerian legislature, the issue of artificial insemination through the study of Article 45 bis of the Order 05/02 rate of the Algerian Family Code, and then stand on the legal problems raised by the application of the text of this article especially the question of paternity in artificial insemination, and the problem of artificial insemination after the death of The pair, and finally artificial insemination for a pair sentenced to deprivation of liberty.
