Abstract

The arbitrator's authority in accordance with the specific legal limits and other limits of agreement he may not overcome them, and under the legal limits see that the legislator did not specify the authority for arbitration on the urgent justice, can this power be present to the arbitrator in accordance with the agreement of the parties? And by following Is the decision of the arbitration mandatory decision body as a decision judge of urgent matters, but that does not taint this decision change in the material facts or legal liability centers because it will be canceled or amended by the same jury, unlike the judiciary in urgent matters, the amendment and cancellation is the prerogative Court of appeal and discrimination.
