The Wali is the principal authority within the province, serving as the central figure for all state policies and programs implemented at the provincial level. In the exercise of this role, the Wali issues administrative decisions affecting various fields, which may impact the legal positions of individuals. In this context, we examine one of the situations in which the administrative judge intervenes to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals against administrative decisions issued by the Wali that are tainted by illegality due to a violation of the law.
