Abstract

The legislator has put in place institutional mechanisms aimed at cleansing private real estate property. These mechanisms are represented by the Land Survey Committee, the State Property and Real Estate Administration Departments, and the Real Estate Governorate. This research aims to shed light on them and their role in doing so.
