Abstract

The issue of media ethics has taken place in Arab countries, including Algeria, which enjoys part of the media freedoms. The media has a wide audience and real authority in many situations. The urgent need to respect the profession and encourage its practice on the basis of ethical and legal values, And it was found that the application of these values is a key victory for the success of media institutions in the performance of its role and to maintain the professional level, has been clear that the absence of moral values under the law began the profession to all possible sections of corruption and weakened people's confidence.
