Appealing against the Executive Bond in Terms of Subject Matter on Algerian Law

Abstract

This study deals with the statement of the appeal against the executive bond in terms of its subject. It goes without saying that the executive bonds are considered one of the three pillars of the implementation of the list, which are the parties to the executive document, its place and reason. The study focuses on analyzing the object against the executive bond in terms of the subject, Therefore, how to direct the appeal to add the reference to the competent judiciary.
