Abstract

The family is one of the most important legal topics that show the cultural relativism between States and legislations. Because they are sacred by the religious character in which States could not renounce for metaphysical and secular factors. The equity between states under international contemporary law provides the recognition of all their cultural specificities, the family in Arabic world must safeguard its entire unity and character by the application of the international law contemporary rules as the reservation, regional treaties.
