National Agency for the Development of Tourism as a Mechanism for Providing Tourist land in Algerian Legislation

This paper deals with the National Agency for TourismDevelopment and itsrole in providinginvestment-orientedtourismproperty. Tourismisconsidered one of the largestdeveloped industries in the world for bothdeveloped and developing countries. Tourismis no longer just a picnic. Some countries have theirowndevelopmentstrategies to promotetheir national economies and as an alternative to non-hydrocarboninvestments for oil countries. Algeria, likeother countries in the world, wants to enter the tourismmarket by opening up the field of investmentwhether the investoris national or foreign in the tourismsector. Therefore, several institutions have been established to providetourismproperty, such as the National Agency for TourismDevelopment and the National Agency for TourismDevelopment. Hence, ourstudyfocuses on the role of the National Agency for TourismDevelopment in the provision and investment of touristpropertyestablished by ExecutiveDecree No. 98-70 of 21 February 1998, which sets out its basic law, whichis the main specializedtoolresponsible for governance and development, Preservation and rational exploitation of touristproperty.
