Abstract

A real estate professional is considered as an important factor in the real estate market in light of the principle of free trade. The last leads to the emergence of new issues in the real estate market in order to cover the muss of housing applications. But to achieve that goal without raising competition among professionals, legislation interferes to protect consumers who will make an important decision concerning the value of this commodity when making a deal. The Algerian legislator's interest has been shown to protect the real estate consumer through the determination of rules concerning real estate transactions and real estate activities, as well as general rules such as civil law and the law of real estate promotion, especially in the case of abuses against the consumer. This is what the legislator tried to enshrine by creating this balance between professional And the consumer. The study pointed to the basis of this commitment, in which we discussed the construction of buildings as products that must be protected by the rules of product
responsibility towards the consumer.
