Abstract

This research addressed electronic evidence as a modern means of criminal proof that differs from traditional evidence. Whether the criminal judge accepts or considers this evidence, it is information extracted from computers and presented in the form of magnetic or electrical fields or pulses. This evidence can be assembled and analyzed using technological programs and applications, and it is a digital component that provides information in a variety of forms, such as written text, images, sounds, shapes, or graphics. This research also examines the legal value of electronic technology and the judge's power to take it into account.
