Alternatives of Imprisonment Penalty - Electronic Bracelet –

Abstract

The electronic bracelet is one of alternatives penalties which provided by the legislation instead of the imprisonment, in compliance with the reality of international level, because this way can mitigates the stress in jails, and economic charges on the public treasury. Dispite of the advantages and disadvantages of the public bracelet its adoption becomes more and more necessary, it aims to the same purpose of the imprisonment penalties; namely the deterrence of criminals. Through this paper we will tackles the definition, the conditions, the persons and the scope of this alternative penalty.
