Punitive Protection for The Electronic Consumer in Light of E-Commerce

Abstract

This research paper aims to identify the forms of penal protection approved by the penal legislation to the interests of the consumer under the provisions of the Penal Code 04/15 amended and supplemented and the special texts related to consumer protection and the suppression of fraud, by addressing some crimes by defining their elements and penalties.
