Abstract

This study aims to unveil the excessive use of the veto right in the Security Council and to identify the responsibilities of Great states in the Council's failure to fulfill its duties as stipulated in the organization's charter, The study presents results and solutions to address the problem of the persistent use of this right in ways that threaten international peace and security.
