Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal nature of the financial leasing contract, which is considered one of the modern legal contracts that the Jordanian legislator has regulated. Among the most prominent recommendations of the study: purifying the law from all texts that deprive the rights of the parties to the financial leasing contract in the event of contract termination.
