The Enforcement of the Law as a Guarantee of Rights and Freedoms and the Problems it Raises

Abstract

In these last years, Algeria has known the issuance of several legislations related to fundamental rights. Those laws need to be published, receipted by the headquarters of the Department and the expiry of legal term to be valid. This study, will examine the effectiveness of the mechanisms for disseminating the law in achieving legal security and embodying the principle of equality between citizens, and the role of judiciary in all that.
