This research paper aims to study the reality and stakes of digitizing the pedagogical training in order to ensure the fulfillment of obligations related to the right to education, given that the latter is a constitutional right that is valid even in exceptional circumstances, which failed to compensate for the attendance education due to the absence of a ground for its application.
