Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the psychological aspects of behavioral learning theories and their relevance to the edicational psychology and how effective it is in teaching grammar and bringing it closer to learner sfocusing on the two principles of:motivation and incitement because of the close link between them and how their investement in edicational process would make a difference in grammar learning. Accordingly why did-the interested in the field of and especially the didactic of grammar-turn their attention only to grammatical knowledge?why didn,t they care about psycho-behavioral dimension? Why did they focus on the learne’s cognitive needs and neglect his psychological needs?Answering these questions requires a review of the relevance of educational psychology to grammar teaching.this is what we have presented in this research and we have reached a number of conclusions through adapting the descriptive approach.Most importantly:The principle of motivation should be applied to all actors in the teaching process:teacher،learner،and learning environment
