Abstract

This study addresses the text as the basic form in which human language is manifested and language as a form of human activity. When people communicate through language, they do social action and they always communicate and formulate their knowledge and world perceptions in the Language formulation , which is termed the text, this linguistic reality is only available through texts, and this study concludes after presenting a set of arguments that the text is a fundamental social reality, and an indispensable social necessity, This is related to the linguistic behavior of communication in different areas, and shows the Domination of linguistics on this subject despite its overlap with other fields of knowledge, and reveals the relationship of the text to social perception, and the reasons for the transformation from the unit of the sentence to the unit based on the monitoring of the communication significance that makes the text an original social sign
