Abstract

Folk heritage is the identity card of societies. It reflects material and cultural diversity unlike the popular folk tale which is considered an ancient popular production. It went beyond drawing and blogging to expression in the audio aspect which is characterized by the diversity of topics according to the environment where it was produced. Moreover, the folk tale in the Algerian heritage is characterized by imagination, transmission, and rapid spread through narration. It is also linked to the psychology of the child. It is the realization of freedom, the practice of imagination and escaping the control of feeling. It also leaves a set of mental images in the child’s psyche at the level of memory, intelligence, perception, and feeling.
