Keywords:
Woman representation, The Daily of Oran EnunciationAbstract
This article suggests analyzing the discourse of Algerian journalists on women to detect the representation they construct of women as well as that of the people mentioned in their articles. For this purpose, we have chosen thirty articles taken from the daily newspaper of Oran, which are available online. We have chosen articles published during the period 2000-2021 to understand the evolution of representation of women in our Algerian context. To analyze our data, we used two theoretical frameworks: enunciation, to mark a position in relation to discourse, and social representation.
