The study aims to identify and reveal the relationship between incentives and the level of organizational loyalty of a sample of employees of Condor air-conditioning complex - Bordj Bou Arreridj -. In order to achieve the desired objectives of this study, the researcher followed the correlational descriptive approach, to suit this approach for such studies, and the incentive scale prepared by the researcher Ghazi Hassan Odeh Al-Halaybah (2013), and the organizational loyalty scale developed by Allen and Meyer (1993). After verifying the psychometric properties of these measures in the exploratory study, they were applied to a sample of 152 workers, which was randomly drawn from the study population. To answer the study’s questions, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the significance of the correlation between the two variables. After analyzing it statistically, the study showed the following results: Acceptance of the first partial hypothesis where it was found that there is a positive and weak statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the incentives and the level of emotional loyalty of the workers of the air conditioner complex at Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj. Accepting the second partial hypothesis، where it was found that there is a positive and strong statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the incentives and the continuous loyalty level of the workers of the air conditioner complex at Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj. Acceptance of the third partial hypothesis، where it was found that there is a positive and high statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the incentives and the standard loyalty level of the workers of the air conditioner complex at Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj.
