The contribution of time management skill to self-effectiveness from the point of view of the professor of the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila in light of some demographic variables

Abstract

The study aims to verify the contribution of time management skill to self-efficacy from the point of view of professors of the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila in light of some demographic variables, the study sample consisted of (43) professors out of (54) professors (e), and the researchers followed the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was used to collect data and ensure of its validity and stability, and the data was processed using the statistical package(SPSS), and it was clear from the results of the study that:

- The existence of statistically significant differences from the point of view of professors of the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila on the contribution of time management skill to self-efficacy attributed to the gender variable in favor of males.

- There were no statistically significant differences from the point of view of professors of the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila on the contribution of time management skill to self-efficacy due to the rank variable.

- There were no statistically significant differences from the point of view of the professors of the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila on the contribution of time management skill to self-efficacy due to the seniority variable.

- There were no statistically significant differences from the point of view of the professors of the Department of Psychology at the University of M'sila on the contribution of time management skill to self-efficacy due to the social status variable.
