Abstract

This study addresses the legal framework of International Health Law and examines how these frameworks contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of combating various epidemics. The focus is placed on defining the conceptual framework of International Health Law and tracing its development over recent decades, in addition to highlighting the characteristics that distinguish it from other branches of international law, as well as identifying the sources upon which the rules of International Health Law are based. The study further discusses the mechanisms through which these laws are implemented, with the primary aim of confronting diverse global health risks.
