Abstract

this study aims to identify the key challenges encountered by student at umm al – bouaghi institute of sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities while pursuing electronic learning through the moodle platform. Employing a descriptive approach, the researcher gathered data from a sample approximately 70 individuals, constituting around 31% of the total student population of 226. The sample selection was accomplished using a stratified random sampling method. To collect the necessary information, a questionnaire was administered. Rigorous measures were undertaken to ensure the scientific validity and reliability of the research instrument before distributing it among the chosen participants. Subsequently, the collected data were subjected to statistical analysis using the spss software package. The study shed light on a range of obstacles (organizational, educational, human, and technical) impeding the successful implementation of e-learning through the moodle digital platform at umm al-bouaghi institute
