Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial topic in the workplace, as an individual's satisfaction with their job is generally important for achieving psychological and social well-being. Some suggest a causal relationship between job satisfaction and performance, arguing that job satisfaction reflects the attractiveness of the work and thus reduces the likelihood of quitting, absenteeism, sick leave, and negligence.
