This study aimed to highlight the importance of semi-sports games in achieving mental health for middle school students. We have used the descriptive approach in a comparative (descriptive-comparative) method, where the study sample amounted to 70 students divided into two groups. We have used a scale to find out the general psychological state of the pupils. The study concluded that the practice of semi-sports games as a method that helps a students to raise their level of health and allows them to acquire several benign qualities such as cooperation, respect, integration into society and brotherhood and friendship ties.
