Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of physical education and sports classes on improving self-esteem and imparting social skills. To achieve this, we employed a descriptive-analytical approach, deemed most suitable for this research. We utilized a self-esteem scale and a social skills assessment. The study sample consisted of 60 students from several secondary schools in the Medea province. The sample was divided into two groups of 30 students each: one participating in these activities and the other not.
