Abstract

 

    It is no secret to the people of scrutiny and investigation that the subject of “term” in the Arabic grammar lesson is one of the most important problems facing the Arabic language. This is due to its extreme importance in expressing the concepts of this science - grammar -, but at the same time we face the problem of multiple terms for a single concept, which leads us - in most cases - to confusion and terminological confusion.

    Many studies have dealt - and still are - with the term in the grammar lesson. In terms of its origin, development, attribution, documentation, and criticism. These studies also tried to provide a clear picture of it in its unification, as well as its prevalence.

     The ancient grammarians relied on building their idiomatic thought on the basis of two considerations: form and meaning. Here, it should be acknowledged that delving into the study of the grammatical term requires us to recognize that this grammatical term is the descendant of an ancient Doha; This Doha is Arabic.

     In the context of the above proposition; In this research, we will try to stand on the reality of the term in the Arabic grammar lesson in light of the constraints of the grammatical craft and the requirements of use.
