The real challenge of intercultural teacher training: necessity and fullness

Abstract

The teacher's job is a complex and constantly evolving profession, where the teacher
plays an important role when he organizes and organizes shared representations
with his learners, accompanying them in their social integration. To answer this
question, is it possible to orient teacher training to other skills? In other words, does
intercultural training find a place in teacher training? Which training is the basis
of the success of the activities offered to learners, was sometimes lacking because of
a lack of necessary cultural and intercultural skills on the part of teachers.
