Copyright Agreement

This agreement applies to articles submitted for publication in Eddissi Languages Journal (ELJ).

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain copyright and grant Eddissi Languages Journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and initial publication in this journal.

2. License for Publication

The article will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing others to copy, distribute, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, with proper attribution to the author(s) and the journal.

3. Grant to the Journal

The author(s) grant Eddissi Languages Journal (ELJ) the non-exclusive right to publish and disseminate the article in any format, including online and print.

4. Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to archive preprints, postprints, and publisher PDFs in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks.

5. Ethical Responsibility

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere.
  • The manuscript is not under review by another journal.
  • The work is free from plagiarism, fabrication, or other unethical practices.
  • Any conflicts of interest are disclosed.
