Abstract

his study aims to highlight the importance of the adoption system (BOT) as a form of partnership between the public and private sectors and a strategic alternative to finance infrastructure projects as a means of alleviating the economic burden of on the one hand, developing countries and on the other hand, as a means of achieving a balance between the objectives and aspirations of both, the public and private sector within a framework of cooperation based on mutual interests, and this for its importance and benefits for the host governments and the project company, where this method adopted has a positive impact on the economic situation of the host country, which can build the infrastructure projects without the use of resources public or resort to foreign loans, and that its application requires an effective legal framework and institutional requirements by studying the feasibility of the project through the various fields, as well as economic and social requirements
