Abstract

The current study deals with a very important sociological issue, which is the phenomenon of deviation of the minor girls, due to its connection with the most important element and components of society, namely adolescent girls. What makes this study more important is its extension in its effects to include the family as well, through the loss of the family atmosphere due to the presence of this deviant girl, which affects the stability and social cohesion among the members of this family. The seriousness of this phenomenon is also related to society as a result of the social turmoil that the perverted girl poses to the institutions and systems of society, and what confirms this importance is the plurality and diversity in the theoretical visions that explain the phenomenon of deviation in general. The delinquency of minor girls in particular, especially in its accurate identification of the real causes of this phenomenon, so the current study seeks to try to uncover the true causes of minor girls' delinquency, and classify them so that they can be controlled and treated, and this study also aims to try to shed light on the most important differences and agreements. Between the various theoretical visions explaining deviant behavior, whether it focused on the geographical aspect that linked the crime to the location of society Relative to longitude and latitude and its topographical nature, or what is concerned with the biological aspect in explaining the deviation of minor girls, such as the "Lombroso" theory, which sees in the deviation an innate biological predisposition that drives the adolescent to crime, or what explains the deviation of the event psychologically and linking it to his psyche, or who tried to link the various Social, economic, and even cultural and urban factors and deviant behavior, which is the social trend, which sees in juvenile delinquency a complex network of causes and not a cause in itself, and in light of these different interpretations of the deviant act, the current study tried to focus on the privacy of the minor girl’s period, in order to highlight the most important Mechanisms to reduce this pathological phenomenon.
