The study aimed to identify the level of organizational cynicism among workers with pre-employment contracts in the municipality of Azaba, as well as to identify the degree of their ractice of anti-production behaviors, and the study also aimed to identify the impact of organizational cynicism on anti-production behaviors towards the organization and individuals.The study was applied to the original population, which includes (43) individuals. As for the data, they were collected by means of the (Brandes et al 1999) scale (Al-Atwi, 2012) and the questionnaire (Fox 2001), the translation (Ali, 2012), and the statistical package was spss method. The data analysis adopted, and to test the hypotheses of the study, multiple linear regression analysis was used.
he studies concluded that organizational sarcasm is positively and morally related to anti-productive work behaviors, and the most effective correlation was after behavior, followed by emotion, while the effect of belief on anti-production behaviors was not proven. The study also found the relationship between organizational sarcasm and behaviors Anti-production-oriented organization and individuals. The importance of the study lies in the variable of organizational cynicism, which is spreading within labor organizations, and the negative impact it has on workers and the organization alike.
