Abstract

This study aimed to show the relationship between the powers of the educational supervisor and the student's negative behaviors, where it was found that there is a negative moral relationship, the more the educational supervisor is granted the necessary and expanded powers to combat negative behaviors and phenomena, the more they diminish and diminish, and this is confirmed by the standard study and it was noted in the decision to direct the sample only in The axis of the powers of the educational supervisor, or the axis of the negative behaviors of the student, where it was found that the sample members of the educational supervisors seek to amend Executive Decree 12-240, as they see that there is a large percentage of phenomena and bad behavior in schools due to the retreat and decline of the role of the educational supervisor by stripping him of some tasks Qualified to extend his control over the student, and with regard to the negative behaviors of the student, these behaviors were obtained according to the location of the student’s presence, either in the department, the arena, or the external perimeter of the institution. We tried to get acquainted with most of the usual negative behaviors in the field. between the powers available to the supervisor and confronting the student's negative behavior. After analyzing the experimental results, it became clear how important it is to arm the educational supervisor with powers capable of carrying out his educational tasks in the manner that he can and by the force of the law in deterring bad behavior, and this was confirmed in the rejection of the null hypothesis of the first hypothesis that the supervisor The educator does not enjoy expanded powers, and the null hypothesis was also rejected in the second hypothesis, and the hypothesis based on the expansion and spread of negative behaviors among the student was accepted, and this was confirmed in the last hypothesis.
