Abstract

Today, in the light of the knowledge explosion, young people face several challenges related to the optimal and correct use of the information network, which has highlighted so much progress in digitization that it is indispensable in our daily lives. Contemporary technology has become an important part of facilitating the tasks and functions of our daily lives, such as telephone, billing, etc. Development in the technical field has become a measure of international competition in achieving comprehensive and sustainable development based on the modernization of the human race, which has created a digital generation with distinction as a result of its use of the technology imposed on it by contemporary life today, both in the field of education and in the recreation of young people, The intensive use of the Internet may lead them to fall into the clutches of digital behavioural addiction, which is now modern in the field of behavioural science in general and psychology in particular in order to find preventive strategies for this type of addiction. So this paper tended to show the various issues associated with the uses of the digital environment under the current digital twist and its implications for its addicts, and this is through exposure to erasure.
