The role of organizational values in managing the information society With an offic specialist

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship that exists between organizational values ​​and the management of the information society in light of the technological developments of the office specialist, and for the purpose of testing the hypotheses of the study, The following questions were raised:

- Is there a correlation between the management of the administration and the management of the information society of the office specialist?

- Is there a correlation between task management and information society management for the office specialist?

 - Is there a correlation between relationship management and information society management for the office specialist?

 the methodological procedures of relying on the descriptive analytical approach were followed, as the study included a sample of (63) office specialists and it was approved. On the questionnaire to collect information. The results of the study indicated the existence of a strong, positive, statistically significant correlational relationship in light of the values: management management, task management, relationship management, and it is evident through these results that the organizational values ​​are related to achieving the management of the information society in light of technological development, which was confirmed by the general hypothesis. And that is through the answers of the sample members on the axis of organizational values, as well as on the axis of managing the informatics society. The results of the degree of practicing values, as well as the results of the degree of practicing the management of the informatics society were close in their entirety. Therefore, it can be said that the value and degree of practicing the management of the informatics society decreases and rises with the increase in the degree of practicing organizational values. This explains the direct relationship between organizational values and the management of the information society, as stated in the results of the study hypotheses.
