The Epistemological Dimension Of The Algerian University : Its Importance, Roles , And Obstacles

The epistemological aspect is an important issue to the university as a whole, Due the importance of knowledge as a main product of the university and due the relationships between its all components , especially between students and teachers, which rely heavily on the knowledge .Therefore, any functions, goals, and reforms that cannot access to this epistemological component in depth, remains incomplete and unable to exercise its roles, thus, the epistemological perspectives carried by the university staff (professors, students, research laboratories, curricula ...) is the basis of all other changes and functions of the university itself, , and the criterion of failure or success of the university as a whole. The current paper try to answer many questions concerning this issue, including? What is the nature of the epistemological position of the Algerian University which carried out by its various parties (professors, students, curricula, decision makers, etc.) in so-called personal epistemology? How does the Algerian University look at knowledge, its nature, limits and possibilities? What is the nature of the relationship between the epistemological vision of the Algerian University and the rest of the other university activities (teaching, research, management, knowledge relations, organizational relations ...) in so-called organizational epistemology? What is the epistemological relationship between social and cultural environment and Algerian University in so-called social epistemology ?
