Abstract

Despite the crisis in our education system, periodic reform efforts always try to deal with the different dimensions such as educational and legislative, but fail to correct the situation properly, in the event the losses persist. This text aims to analyze the legislative dimension within this education system, through a reading in the national education orientation law (08-04), emphasizing the goals and objectives underlined. by the Algerian legislator in order to develop the Algerian school; But even if the legal texts are well founded, the situation generates a critical dualism, leaving the school still in crisis.
