Abstract

In this study we have tried to demonstrate the importance of
entrepreneurial education in promoting the capacities of the university to
enhancing entrepreneurialship and the development of entrepreneurial
thinking especially among university students, concentrating on the most
important concepts related to entrepreneurial education, and showing whow
can its programs contribute in the promoting of entrepreneurship thought
the projects resulting from it, with reference to some of the successful
experiences, so that the Algerian experience will be represented at the end.
The study found that entrepreneurial education has significantly
contributed to the success of entrepreneurial activities, and the
development of small and medium- enterprises in many countries, as it is
an effective mechanism for generation innovative ides, developing strong
foundation and reducing the likelihood of their failure to become successful
projects, this is something that the Algerian universities had realized, as it
has taken on many initiatives aimed at activating entrepreneurial education
mechanisms for many years, however these initiatives did not take on a
serious nature until they shifted their roles to align with the concept of the
entrepreneurial university, this became evident over the past three years
makings evaluation process somewhat difficult.
