Abstract

Transnational organized crime is one of the most serious crimes at the international and domestic levels, technology has contributed to expanding the circle and scope of crime because of the ease, speed and confidentiality of communication between criminal organizations, the latter acquires a great deal of knowledge in all areas that help them implement their crimes and achieve their goals, and for this these crimes committed in all their forms and forms threaten the safety and stability of societies within their countries. In view of the increase in quantity and quality of these crimes and their sweep of the nature of universality, it led to the intensification of the efforts of the international community to adopt an international instrument - the United Nations Convention - criminalizing this type of criminal activities, and in dedication to this convention prompted the Algerian legislator to reconsider the arrangements to confront this crime by harmonizing the legislative system in line with the specificity of the crime, not to mention the preparation of effective mechanisms to limit its spread and then address it.
