The issue of compensating person for moral prejudice has raised a wide jurisprudential controversy between supporters and opponents, and that is because most legislation lacks explicit text regulates this issue and lack of specialized legal studies. At the judicial level, the Egyptian court of cassation has resolved his position on this matter by refusing to compensate a legal person for moral prejudice because of his lack of emotions and feeling while the French court of cassation decides that the legal person has the right of reputation ,therefore any violation of this right will results in moral damage requires compensation.
