Abstract

Legislative delegation is one of the important issues in the present time, as the
scope of intervention by contemporary states expands. Existing laws often struggle
to address emerging urgent circumstances and exceptional cases with the speed and
effectiveness required. Resorting to the legislative authority to enact a new law to
confront emergencies is not an easy matter due to the length and complexity of the procedures involved. This has led the constitutional legislator to approve legislative
delegation, through which the legislative authority temporarily relinquishes part of
its jurisdiction to the executive authority to address developments or implement its
program.
