Abstract

 International humanitarian intervention is based on envisioning the international communitys rightto intervens militarity in another country, to prevent the commission of crimes against humanity What is known as tge global jurisdiction for human protection, as happened in Libya in 2011though the intervention of NATO with a mandate from the security council in accordance with resolutions 1970 and1973 However, the competition of countries to intervene in Libya and the conflict of their goals and interests the Libyan situation is obligatory on all political, economic, social and security levels.
